    Hi!

Here’s a little update on Fame, she is turning 7 months old next week!
We have moved on to one jump wing! first with food, and now with the toy. I’m sending you a video (here) from two super short toy sessions. They are always short sessions because I try to fit them in whenever I have a few free minutes between lessons.

I feel like it’s going well. In the first session I experimented a bit with the reward placement, and in the second one I added more energy, which seems to be working better (?)
I also tried with two wings or a full jump, and she doesn’t seem to have any problem. That might also be because even when I worked with cones, I often placed a pair, so she is already used to the “distraction” of a second wing.

We’ve also started working on the “hop” cue and did some discrimination between “hop” and the tunnel with food. It’s going very well too, so I didn’t send videos because she never makes mistakes. Today I’ll try it with the toy, and maybe I’ll record it.

I was also thinking about starting rear crosses on the jump, using a bowl as I saw in Naarah’s video with S’mores.
Do you think this is a good moment to introduce them, or should I wait a bit longer?

Extra thing: I have sent you an email at intoshapeagility@gmail.com cause I have some questions but I don’t know if it’s the correct one, let me know if you have received it 😁

Thank you as always and congrats on your great results at AWC😍
