Hi Martin thank you I have managed to upload a couple of videos to YouTube but I have also taken her back and followed your module firstly on the shorter plank and now to a full size plank using the 30cm zone. She hits the shorter plank 95% hence why I have gone to the full size plank. This is the link to the YouTube video and I would be grateful for any comments. Thanks Yvonne
