    In terms of doing grids and age appropriate, you can do the odd grid at that age, but I tend to find other foundation skill work is much more beneficial and tends to be less “impact”. For example, teaching your basic wing wrap skills, focus on the first jump, rear cross foundations etc etc 🙂
