Hey!
So for her, yes you definitely don’t want to be too hard or strong and put her off the toy as she has super drive! If she’s jumping up to bite the toy, I usually just use my other hand to deflect the dogs, or you could try turning your back quickly so you can’t get to the toy but of course the less opportunities you give her for this the better for now so then you don’t have to avoid stopping her.
If you think she’s crazy for the toy and you’re not going to affect her drive for it, you can start doing some of the basic games which involve a bit of control around the toy. But remember to keep it fun and balanced up the drive exercises.
For the biting nose targets, I presume you’re using food? If so, I would just give her a very nicely correction when she bites and reward like crazy the non-biting. Also, I tend to find the quicker you give the reward the less likely they are frustrated, therefore the less likely they are to bite. So you could try increasing the speed of your reward in the short term and then buildup time as she gets better at not biting.
