So from watching the video, I think the issue is more she knows when it is a competition rather than training. She knows in competition, she doesn’t stop so it has caused confusion of what the behaviour is you’re asking her to do (hence also she stops a little bit shorter before the end of the plank generally in competition compared to training). For me I would carry on building the two onto two off position as this is actually easier to generalise into competition environment, what I would do is practice more often without the target in training but also go back and reward and add value to that position rather than always reward forward or with the treat and train. For example, run back and feed into onto off position.
Also, one of the biggest things you must try and keep consistent between training and competition, for example, if you make her stop and wait in position 8 out off 10 in training, you have to replicate this in competition to maintain criteria
