Hi Martin, thanks for your feedback and on your guess. I stick to the 2on2off method and continued with training. I basically went back to the basics by using a simple plank which simulates the seesaw flip and rewarded much more the 2on2off position. I also removed the target completely as I had the feeling the target confused her. Within a parkour’s training the seesaw is now much more stable and the progress you can see in the competitions video in Jan and Feb (link below). Do you have a further advice? Otherwise I continue stabilise the 2on2off position as I did the last two month.
