Training with Into Shape Agility has made a huge difference for me and my two girls. The structured modules are clear, easy to follow, and give me real direction in our sessions. Each section begins with course plans, which I love—it means I can set up equipment at home quickly and know exactly how to work through the exercises.

A real highlight for me has been the “4 on Seesaw” module. I’d never taught a 4-on contact before, but the step-by-step guidance made it simple to understand and put into practice. I followed the process with my young dog, Eva, and it was amazing to watch her grow in confidence. She now has a solid, reliable seesaw performance that I’m incredibly proud of.
